For some people, particularly those working through significant emotional patterns, longstanding experiences or deeply embedded family dynamics, additional support during integration can be helpful.
A follow-up distance Reiki session is available as an optional add-on to support the processing of energy that may continue surfacing after your initial work.
This is different from Akashic Reiki.
Akashic Reiki is a dedicated transformational session where we intentionally work with deeper soul, ancestral and energetic patterns using Akashic healing techniques and Alchemical Healing Codes.
A Reiki integration session is designed as supportive care following your insight work, helping you process, regulate and move through the layers that naturally arise as awareness expands.
Not everyone needs the same level of support.
Some people receive insight and naturally integrate through their own reflection and journaling. Others prefer additional support as they move through deeper emotional or energetic shifts. The depth of the pattern you are shifting plays a big part in the intensity of integration, optional support can be added to your package at checkout.
My Approach to Insight & Guidance
My intuitive work is less about receiving a single message and more about following patterns until they begin to form a coherent picture.
Clairsentience is my strongest intuitive sense, so information often arrives through energetic feeling and physical sensation, alongside dowsing, symbolism, energetic correspondences and connections between seemingly unrelated pieces of information.
Over time, I've developed a broad energetic vocabulary across different spiritual, symbolic and energetic frameworks. This gives me multiple ways to explore what I'm perceiving, whether we're looking at a present-day emotional pattern, an ancestral theme or a deeper soul-level story.
But intuitive information is still something I approach with discernment.
I don't treat every impression as unquestionable truth. I look for what repeats, what connects and what appears meaningful within the wider pattern, while leaving room for your own experience and interpretation.
The goal isn't to give you another story to believe about yourself.
It's to offer context that helps you understand what you're experiencing, and gives you somewhere useful to go from there.
This is why insight and integration sit together throughout my work. Understanding can illuminate the pattern; Reiki, flower essences, Emotional Alchemy and your own embodied experience can help you develop a different relationship with it.
