Service Description
Some healing journeys reach a point where understanding alone is no longer enough. You may already recognise the pattern, have explored it through reflection or shadow work, and feel ready to begin releasing the energetic ties that continue to keep it in place. Insight creates awareness. Integration creates change. Akashic Reiki has been created for clients who feel ready to move beyond understanding and into energetic transformation. Combining Reiki with my Akashic healing framework, this session explores the soul, ancestral and past-life influences most relevant to your healing journey while actively working with the energy as it arises. Alongside Reiki, I work with Alchemical Akashic Healing Codes and other intuitive healing techniques to support the gentle transmutation of energetic patterns, always allowing the session to unfold at the pace that is most appropriate for your nervous system, energetic capacity and highest good. Rather than focusing on producing a detailed written account of the stories revealed, this session prioritises working directly with the energy itself. As patterns begin to shift, our integration conversation explores the insights, soul lessons and connections that have surfaced, helping you understand what has changed and how to continue supporting the process beyond the session. Every Akashic Reiki session is unique. Some involve past-life exploration, others focus on ancestral healing, soul contracts, energetic cords or aspects of the self that are ready to be reclaimed. The session follows the energy rather than a predetermined structure, revealing only what is most supportive to process at that time. Your session includes: • A 90-minute personalised Akashic Reiki session (available online or in-studio) • A dowsed flower essence to support your ongoing integration • An Emotional Alchemy journal, for integration and practical reflection following your healing Options available for a followup integration call Because this approach involves more energetic processing during the session itself, some clients notice a more active integration period in the days or weeks that follow as their system continues to reorganise around the changes that have begun. My role is to facilitate a safe, grounded space for this work while interpreting the guidance that naturally arises. Your role is to remain curious, compassionate and open to the unfolding process, trusting your own intuition as each layer of healing reveals itself.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your healing journey. The following information is provided to help you understand how I work and what you can expect before we begin. Every experience is unique. No two sessions or reports are the same. Rather than following a fixed structure, I work intuitively with the information that is most relevant, appropriate and ready to be explored at the time of your appointment. This means your experience may look different from someone else's, even when booking the same service. My approach My work combines Reiki, intuitive guidance, dowsing and other supportive tools within a practitioner framework centred on emotional awareness, energetic healing and personal integration. Where relevant, I work with the intention that guidance is received through my own Higher Self and spiritual guidance, in connection with your own Higher Self and guidance, and that only information supportive of your highest good is brought forward. While I may ask questions or follow themes that arise, I remain open to the way guidance naturally unfolds, recognising that the information presented is often the information that is most helpful to understand at that particular stage of healing. Your role Healing is a collaborative process. The insights shared are intended to support reflection and self-awareness rather than replace your own intuition or decision-making. I encourage you to take what resonates, remain curious about what arises, and trust your own inner guidance as part of your ongoing healing journey. Optional background information You'll have the opportunity to share any questions or background information before your appointment. This is entirely optional. Some people enjoy providing context, while others prefer a completely open exploration. Both approaches are equally welcome. After your session Insight is often the beginning of the healing process rather than the end. Depending on your service, you may wish to continue your integration through your personalised flower essence, Emotional Alchemy Journal, Reiki or a follow-up integration consultation. Everyone's journey unfolds differently, and there is no expectation that healing occurs all at once. A note about wellbeing My services are complementary wellbeing offerings designed to support emotional awareness, energetic healing and personal growth. They complement rather than substitute medical, psychological, or other appropriate treatment.
