Hi, I'm Sarah.

Reiki Master.Energy Intuitive.Systems Thinker.

I'm a Reiki Master and energy intuitive based in Auckland, but I know that probably doesn't tell you very much about how I actually work.

My strongest intuitive sense is clairsentience, I experience energy as information I can feel, follow and respond to.

But the way I make sense of that information is perhaps the more unusual part.

My work lives somewhere at the intersection of intuitive knowing, ancient energetic traditions and modern understandings of the human experience.

I'm fascinated by the threads between things: the patterns that repeat across energetic traditions, symbolism, psychological frameworks, nervous-system research and our lived experience — and what becomes possible when we stop asking a single framework to explain the whole picture.

How does this connect to everything else?

That question has followed me for most of my life.

Long before I was using it to understand energy, I built an entire career around it.

Before the Reiki room, there were boardrooms and PowerPoint decks.

For around 15 years, I worked in corporate commercial retail.

By the later years of my career, I had become the person people tended to bring complicated problems to.

Not necessarily because I already knew the answer.

Quite often, nobody did.

My strength was being able to walk into something messy, research what I didn't know, pull information together from different places, find the relationships between things and build a clearer picture of what was actually going on.

I loved that part of my work.

I still do.

What I didn't understand then was how much of myself I had learned to experience through my mind.

Thinking was safe. Analysis was useful. If something didn't make sense, I could research it, model it, interrogate it and eventually find a framework that did.

Until I couldn't.

My healing journey didn't ask me to stop thinking.

It asked me to learn another way of knowing.

Like many people, I didn't arrive here because everything in my life was going beautifully.

Burnout was part of the story.

So was the uncomfortable discovery that some things couldn't be solved by "finding the root cause" (or rather, finding the true root caused required a reframing of the map).

My journey into Reiki, embodiment and spiritual practice gradually introduced me to parts of myself I had given far less room to: intuition, receptivity, sensitivity, trust and the intelligence of the body.

And, over time, something else became increasingly difficult to ignore.

I wasn't only becoming more connected to myself. I was developing a surprisingly specific ability to perceive, differentiate and work with energetic information.

For someone who had spent a career being rewarded for what she could understand through rational thought, learning to trust information I could feel before I could explain it was a perspective shift I definitely hadn't anticipated.

And there is a version of spirituality that might say the next step was learning to switch that thinking mind off.

But that has never made much sense to me.

There were certainly things there that needed healing. Ways I'd learned to intellectualise, control or think my way around what needed to be felt.

But the mind underneath those patterns was never the enemy.

It was one of my gifts.

So I didn't get rid of it.

I gave it a different seat at the table.

And I think that's where my work really began.

"That gives my intuition a lot of languages to speak through."

These days, I let different kinds of intelligence talk to each other.

And this doesn't only affect how I interpret intuitive information.

I believe it has shaped the way I'm able to receive it.

Clairsentience, receiving information through feeling and energetic sensation, is central to the way I dowse, read energy and work responsively with Reiki.

Over time, I've also developed what I think of as a fairly large energetic vocabulary: patterns, symbols, correspondences and frameworks drawn from different energetic, spiritual and cultural traditions, alongside modern ways of understanding our inner experience.

That gives my intuition a lot of languages to speak through.

Rather than everything arriving as a neat sentence or conventional psychic message, information often reaches me as patterns: a particular energetic signature, a sequence of correspondences, a physical sensation, an unexpected symbolic connection, or several seemingly unrelated pieces of information that suddenly form a coherent picture.

My old pattern-recognition brain turns out to be remarkably useful here.

It means I can sometimes follow a thread across very different frameworks until we reach something surprisingly specific — an emotional pattern, an ancestral theme, a symbolic story or another layer of context that helps make sense of what I'm perceiving.

This is one of the reasons I continue to study so broadly.

I'm not simply interested in collecting more knowledge.

I'm interested in becoming more fluent in the different ways information can arrive.

And then discernment matters just as much.

I don't consider every intuitive impression an unquestionable truth. I'm interested in what repeats, what connects, what the wider context supports and, importantly, what resonates meaningfully for the person sitting in front of me.

Sometimes different frameworks seem to describe remarkably similar patterns from different directions.

Sometimes symbolism gives language to something you've felt for years but haven't been able to name.

Sometimes an intuitive impression raises a much more useful question than it provides an answer.

And sometimes the most spiritually appropriate thing I can tell someone is that their nervous system feels exhausted and perhaps we don't need to go digging through their past lives today.

Intuition and discernment aren't opposites in my work.

I think they're better together.

The other half of my work is how I hold the space.

Because being able to perceive something is not the same as somebody being ready to process it.

This is one of the most important things my own journey, and the people I've worked with since, has taught me.

I can be incredibly curious about the deeper pattern.

That doesn't mean we need to chase it.

Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is help your system settle.

Sometimes it's gently reflecting something you already know but haven't quite been ready to name.

Sometimes there is a deeper energetic story asking to be explored.

And sometimes I receive information that I deliberately don't push further because it doesn't feel useful, appropriate or necessary yet.

My approach to Reiki and energy healing is gentle for a reason.

I want you to feel safe enough to be curious about yourself.

I want insight to create more choice, not more fear.

And I want you to leave my work with a stronger relationship with your own discernment, not an imposed belief that you need mine.

You don't need to believe everything I believe to work with me.

I'm very comfortable with you questioning things.

In fact, I rather hope you do.

"Alchemy
is integration."

This is also why Vibe Alchemy became more than Reiki.

Healing doesn't end when your session does.

One of the things I noticed fairly quickly in this work was that a powerful session or insight could be meaningful, but what happened afterwards mattered just as much.

Understanding a pattern is one thing.

Meeting it differently when it appears again in your actual life is another.

So Vibe Alchemy gradually became an ecosystem rather than a collection of individual modalities.

Reiki and responsive energy work give me one way of working directly with what your energy is holding.

Dowsing and intuitive inquiry help me ask more specific questions and follow the patterns that emerge.

Energy Decode and Akashic work allow us to explore those patterns and their possible origins through different lenses.

Flower essences and Emotional Alchemy practices give you something practical to work with after the insight has landed.

And for those whose journey eventually becomes less about receiving energy work and more about developing their own relationship with energy, I also offer selective 1:1 development and Reiki attunement work.

They may look like very different offerings.

To me, they're threads in the same process.

Experience creates information.

Insight creates awareness.

Integration creates change.

And ultimately, support should create greater agency.

So, what am I actually trained in?

I think this is worth being clear about.

I'm a Reiki Master/Teacher trained in the Usui tradition, with additional formal training across trauma-informed practice, Jungian coaching, Animal Reiki, Intuitive/Psychic/Mediumship Training, Quantum energy healing and foundational Akashic work.

Beyond my formal training, I am a fairly relentless independent researcher.

My practice is informed by ongoing study across energetic and esoteric traditions, energy anatomy, symbolic systems, flower essences, psychological frameworks, trauma and nervous-system research, astrology and other areas that help me understand the patterns I encounter through my work.

I don't present independent research as a clinical or academic qualification.

I'm not a psychologist, and Vibe Alchemy isn't psychological or medical diagnosis or treatment.

What I am very comfortable standing behind is the quality of inquiry I bring to what I study.

Researching unfamiliar subjects, assessing information, finding relationships across disciplines and building useful frameworks from complexity was quite literally my professional skillset long before Vibe Alchemy existed.

These days, I simply apply that mind to very different questions.

Alongside intuition, embodiment and energetic practice rather than instead of them.

It turns out they get along rather well.

Maybe that's what Vibe Alchemy means to me.

Not becoming more spiritual by cutting away the parts of ourselves that don't look spiritual enough.

Not replacing one rigid framework with another.

And not endlessly collecting insight without allowing it to change how we actually live.

Alchemy is integration.

Taking what is already here, meeting it differently, and allowing something new to emerge from the relationship between the parts.

That has been my own journey.

It's how I've built this practice.

And it's the kind of space I hope to offer the people who find their way here.

You don't need to know which modality you need before you arrive.

We can start with what you're experiencing now.

Everything stems from here.
