Service Description
The Energy Decode has been created for people who know something needs to change but aren't yet sure what is keeping them stuck. Perhaps you've noticed a recurring emotional pattern, relationship dynamic or life experience that keeps repeating. Maybe you've done the inner work, understand your story intellectually, yet still find yourself carrying emotions that feel difficult to shift. Or perhaps you simply know you're ready to move forward and would value guidance on what your energy may be asking you to understand. Using intuitive guidance, dowsing and the same energetic framework that informs my Reiki practice, I explore the patterns that are most active and ready to be seen at this stage of your healing journey. Every Energy Decode is unique, allowing the information that is most relevant for you to unfold naturally rather than following a fixed template. Your personalised package includes: • A written Energy Decode report, bringing together the insights and energetic themes revealed during your session. This will be delivered as a PDF by email, see below for process. • A 30ml Vibe Flower Essence, selected in reading (dowsed) to support your integration. Clients often describe their essence as making it easier to gently process emotions that have previously felt overwhelming, like training wheels while learning a new way of relating to yourself. • An Emotional Alchemy Integration Journal, designed to help you notice patterns, deepen self-awareness and embody the changes that begin to unfold after your reading. Healing doesn't end with insight; lasting change comes through observing, understanding and choosing new ways of responding to yourself and your experiences. The flower essence and journal will be posted once the reading has been completed (shipping is included in $215 package price). Optional Reiki and integration consultations are available for those who would like additional support processing what has surfaced. Following your booking, you'll receive an optional intake form where you may share any background or questions you'd like me to hold in mind. Your report is then prepared individually, with delivery confirmed by email based on current availability. My work is guided by my personal spiritual framework and intuitive practice. The insights shared are intended as reflective guidance and are offered with the encouragement that you continue to trust your own intuition and discernment throughout your healing journey.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your healing journey. The following information is provided to help you understand how I work and what you can expect before we begin. Every experience is unique. No two sessions or reports are the same. Rather than following a fixed structure, I work intuitively with the information that is most relevant, appropriate and ready to be explored at the time of your appointment. This means your experience may look different from someone else's, even when booking the same service. My approach My work combines Reiki, intuitive guidance, dowsing and other supportive tools within a practitioner framework centred on emotional awareness, energetic healing and personal integration. Where relevant, I work with the intention that guidance is received through my own Higher Self and spiritual guidance, in connection with your own Higher Self and guidance, and that only information supportive of your highest good is brought forward. While I may ask questions or follow themes that arise, I remain open to the way guidance naturally unfolds, recognising that the information presented is often the information that is most helpful to understand at that particular stage of healing. Your role Healing is a collaborative process. The insights shared are intended to support reflection and self-awareness rather than replace your own intuition or decision-making. I encourage you to take what resonates, remain curious about what arises, and trust your own inner guidance as part of your ongoing healing journey. Optional background information You'll have the opportunity to share any questions or background information before your appointment. This is entirely optional. Some people enjoy providing context, while others prefer a completely open exploration. Both approaches are equally welcome. After your session Insight is often the beginning of the healing process rather than the end. Depending on your service, you may wish to continue your integration through your personalised flower essence, Emotional Alchemy Journal, Reiki or a follow-up integration consultation. Everyone's journey unfolds differently, and there is no expectation that healing occurs all at once. A note about wellbeing My services are complementary wellbeing offerings designed to support emotional awareness, energetic healing and personal growth. They complement rather than substitute medical, psychological, or other appropriate treatment.
