Sometimes we recognise the presence of a pattern, we think we have understood it, yet we find that it keeps happening. Whether you're navigating recurring relationships, emotional wounds, life transitions or a desire to better understand your soul's journey, this offering has been created to explore the deeper influences that may be shaping your present experience. Insight creates awareness. Integration creates change. My intention is not simply to explore past lives, but to uncover the soul, ancestral and energetic patterns that may help illuminate the experiences you're working with today. While understanding often creates the awareness needed for healing, lasting transformation comes through the integration that follows. Using intuitive guidance, dowsing and my Akashic reading framework, I explore the themes most relevant to your healing journey. Every reading unfolds differently. While you're welcome to bring questions or areas you'd like explored, I remain open to the way guidance naturally presents itself. Sometimes a question is answered directly; other times, a deeper story, ancestral pattern or source lifetime provides the understanding needed to see the bigger picture. Your personalised package includes: • A written Akashic Insights Report bringing together the themes, soul stories and energetic patterns revealed during your reading. • A personalised dowsed flower essence selected to support your integration. The essence complements the themes revealed in your reading, gently supporting the emotional processing that often continues long after the report has been received. • An Emotional Alchemy Integration Journal designed to help you reflect on your insights, recognise patterns and consciously integrate what begins to unfold in everyday life. Following your booking, you'll receive an optional intake form where you may share background information or questions you'd like me to hold in mind. Your report is prepared individually, with delivery confirmed by email based on current availability. My role is to read and interpret the information presented to me as honestly and compassionately as I can. Your role is to notice what resonates, remain curious about what unfolds, and trust your own intuition as your understanding continues to deepen.
Cancellation Policy
Thank you for trusting me to be part of your healing journey. The following information is provided to help you understand how I work and what you can expect before we begin. Every experience is unique. No two sessions or reports are the same. Rather than following a fixed structure, I work intuitively with the information that is most relevant, appropriate and ready to be explored at the time of your appointment. This means your experience may look different from someone else's, even when booking the same service. My approach My work combines Reiki, intuitive guidance, dowsing and other supportive tools within a practitioner framework centred on emotional awareness, energetic healing and personal integration. Where relevant, I work with the intention that guidance is received through my own Higher Self and spiritual guidance, in connection with your own Higher Self and guidance, and that only information supportive of your highest good is brought forward. While I may ask questions or follow themes that arise, I remain open to the way guidance naturally unfolds, recognising that the information presented is often the information that is most helpful to understand at that particular stage of healing. Your role Healing is a collaborative process. The insights shared are intended to support reflection and self-awareness rather than replace your own intuition or decision-making. I encourage you to take what resonates, remain curious about what arises, and trust your own inner guidance as part of your ongoing healing journey. Optional background information You'll have the opportunity to share any questions or background information before your appointment. This is entirely optional. Some people enjoy providing context, while others prefer a completely open exploration. Both approaches are equally welcome. After your session Insight is often the beginning of the healing process rather than the end. Depending on your service, you may wish to continue your integration through your personalised flower essence, Emotional Alchemy Journal, Reiki or a follow-up integration consultation. Everyone's journey unfolds differently, and there is no expectation that healing occurs all at once. A note about wellbeing My services are complementary wellbeing offerings designed to support emotional awareness, energetic healing and personal growth. They complement rather than substitute medical, psychological, or other appropriate treatment.
