Ways to Work With Me

"what someone asks for and what will support them most aren't always the same thing"
My philosophy
People often come to me thinking they're looking for Reiki, an Akashic reading, or help understanding something that's happening in their life.
Sometimes that's exactly where we begin.
Often, though, what someone asks for and what will support them most aren't always the same thing. One person might book a reading because they're trying to understand why every relationship ends the same way. Another might come for Reiki because work has become overwhelming and they haven't felt settled for months. Someone else may already have years of spiritual experience and simply want help understanding the next layer of a pattern they've been working with.
My role isn't simply to perform a modality. It's to understand where you are in your journey, how much support you need, and which approach is most likely to help you move forward safely and sustainably. Because while insight can happen in a single session or reading, meaningful transformation usually unfolds over time.
I will always encourage you to decide what session or modality you ultimately engage with by your own intuitive guidance, but I will also ensure you are advised of any alternate paths that may be available, particularly when I feel it may improve your experience or support you in the most easeful manner.
Why I sometimes recommend a different starting point
One of the biggest things I've learned from working with clients is that healing isn't usually limited by how much information someone has or what modalities they have tried.
More often, it's limited by how much their nervous system can safely process.
For example, if someone has spent years living in chronic stress, their body may have become accustomed to functioning in survival mode.
They might be trying to understand lifelong relationship patterns, build a business, improve their health or deepen their spiritual practice, but if their nervous system never has the opportunity to feel genuinely safe, every one of those goals becomes more difficult.
That doesn't mean they aren't ready to heal. It simply means creating a sense of safety becomes the foundation that allows everything else to unfold more easily.
This is one of the reasons I so often recommend beginning with Reiki, even when someone initially contacts me about a reading.

"Until your nervous system feels safe, it becomes very difficult to process deeper emotional patterns, no matter how motivated you are"

"integration supports are designed to ground you during the days when old emotions resurface. this is when true transformation takes place."
Why integration matters
One thing I prepare every client for is this:
Our session isn't where most of the transformation happens.
It's where the transformation begins.
The real changes usually unfold over the days, weeks and months that follow.
As your nervous system settles. As old emotional patterns begin surfacing. As you notice yourself responding differently to situations that once felt automatic. As opportunities arise to make different choices.
I often compare it to working with a personal trainer.
A trainer can assess where you're starting, create a plan that's appropriate for you, teach you the correct technique and support you along the way.
But they can't do your push-ups for you.
The transformation comes from consistently showing up and making different choices over time.
Healing works much the same way.
My role is to help create the energetic conditions for change.
Your role is to notice what life shows you afterwards, continue engaging with the process and gently choose new responses where old patterns once took over.
This is why I place so much importance on integration.
My flower essences, Emotional Alchemy Journal and integration sessions aren't extras that happen to accompany a reading or session.
They're part of the therapeutic process.
They're designed to support you during the days when old emotions resurface.
When familiar self-sabotage patterns appear.
When life gives you another opportunity to practise responding differently.
Because insight can happen in an instant.
Transformation is built through what you choose to do with that insight afterwards.

"What I've observed after working with hundreds of people"
Is one of these you?
I get a number of questions when people first approach me, whether in-person at the market or an online query from someone feeling like they need support but aren't sure where to start.
Over time, I've understood the different areas where my support has most helped those who have needed me, and have resonated with my work.
When it comes to Reiki, it is important that you choose a practitioner who resonates, because their own energy and intentions carry through into your healing experience in more ways than one.
This is what I most often see in the people I help.
Are you one of them?
Sometimes you need someone to actively help carry the load.
If life feels overwhelming, your emotions are difficult to regulate, or you're navigating illness, burnout, grief or significant life change, it can be exhausting trying to process everything on your own.
In these situations, I often recommend Reiki because it's my most supported offering.
While you rest, I'm actively working with your energy, helping your nervous system settle while also identifying and processing the energetic patterns that are ready to shift.
Many people leave these sessions saying they didn't realise how much tension they had been carrying until it was gone.

"I often recommend reiki because it's my most supported offering"

"Both explore the energetic patterns involved. The difference is how that understanDing is delivered, and the level of support in processing them."
Sometimes you want relief, but you also want to understand the pattern.
Perhaps you've noticed that similar situations keep repeating.
You react more strongly than you'd like. You keep attracting the same kinds of relationships. Or you simply have a sense that there's a driving force at play that you can't quite name.
This is where many people benefit from either an intuitive Reiki session or an Energy Decode package.
Both explore the energetic patterns involved in the current expression of your reality. The difference is how that understanding is delivered, and the level of support in processing them.
During Reiki, we work with the energy together in real time, and I'll explain what I’ve noticed in the session integration component.
With an Energy Decode package, you'll receive a personalised written report together with a flower essence and guided integration journal, allowing you to explore those insights in your own time while being supported through the integration process.
Both approaches are valid, and I encourage you to select which feels better to you. One is not better than the other, they're simply different ways of working, depending on how you prefer to receive support.
Or you come to me saying "I've done a lot of work... so why does this keep happening?"
One of the most intriguing groups of clients I work with are people who have already been on a personal or spiritual growth journey.
They've spent years reading, reflecting and healing. They understand concepts like shadow work, nervous system regulation and law of attraction. They've noticed that their outer world often reflects what's happening internally.
And yet...
There is one pattern that just doesn't seem to let go.
It might be repeated betrayals. A lifelong scarcity pattern. Relationships that always seem to end in the same way.
Or a recurring feeling that their repeating patterns seem to be echoing from someplace within them far deeper than what they can explain.
One thing I've observed is that these clients are rarely "doing healing wrong." In fact, they've often done an incredible amount of work already.
What's happening is usually much simpler.
They've resolved one layer of the pattern. Now the next layer is asking to be seen.
Sometimes that's a present-life emotional pattern that reflects a soul program. Sometimes it's an ancestral thread. In most cases, it's something much older that continues expressing itself through different circumstances.
This is where I begin considering whether Akashic work might be appropriate, whether an Akashic Insights Package or Akashic Reiki session.
In my experience, almost all patterns have many facets of expression. Once the work has been done to understand and process what we can access of the current lifetime's expression, we can begin exploring the deeper stories that can often provide the missing context.

"you've resolved one layer of the pattern. Now the next layer is asking to be seen."

"first, because it feels good. second, because it gives me an opportunity to connect with your energy."
Sometimes it's "I'm completely new to all of this. What are you saying."
Perfect.
Honestly, this is one of my favourite places to meet people.
Most people don't need to understand energy healing before they experience it. And the experience itself is actually the best way to explain what the heck energy healing even is.
My recommendation is almost always a 60-minute Reiki session.
First, because it feels good. For many people it's the first time in months, or even years, that they've allowed themselves to completely relax.
Second, because it gives me an opportunity to connect with your energy. Alongside the Reiki itself, I'll often notice recurring emotional themes, energetic patterns or areas that seem to be asking for attention.
We'll talk about those together after the session, and if I feel another offering would support you more effectively, I'll explain why.
Sometimes that's simply another Reiki session. Sometimes it's a flower essence to continue supporting the process. Sometimes I may recommend an Energy Decode or Akashic package.
Sometimes I won't recommend anything further at all.
The point isn't to move you into another service. It's to recommend the next step only if I genuinely think it will help.
If Reiki feels like too big a step right now, the Energy Decode package offers another gentle place to begin.
Rather than processing the energy together during a session, it provides personalised insight together with a flower essence and guided integration journal, allowing you to reflect on the patterns at your own pace.
Or "I've had lots of readings and I think there's something deeper."
Many people also arrive having already received several intuitive or psychic readings, hoping this will finally provide them with the answers they’ve been looking for.
Often they've been told similar things each time.
Sometimes they already suspect the pattern extends beyond this lifetime.
If that's where you are, an Akashic Insights package may be exactly what you're looking for.
Rather than simply asking "What happened in a past life?", my focus is understanding how those themes may still be expressing themselves in your life today.
That said, depending on your circumstances, I may still recommend beginning with a Reiki session.
There are two reasons for this.
Firstly, it gives your nervous system an opportunity to settle before we begin exploring deeper material.
Secondly, it gives me valuable context.
Rather than approaching an Akashic reading from a blank page, I already have an energetic understanding of the current expressions of the pattern.
Of course, how you choose to proceed is up to you and I always support you following your own intuitive guidance with such decisions. However, I do note in these cases that I find an energetic assessment prior to Akashic Insights reading often makes the reading more coherent, more relevant and easier to integrate afterwards.

"my focus is understanding how those themes may still be expressing themselves in your life today."

"The Reiki already knows the way…we just need to follow"
And finally,"Honestly... I feel like all of this sounds like me. So where do I start?"
That's more common than you might think.
Many of the people I work with aren't coming because of one specific issue.
As is often the case when such issues are asking to be seen, “when it rains, it pours”.
Perhaps work has become overwhelming. A relationship has ended. You're questioning where life is heading. You're feeling emotionally exhausted.
You're curious about spirituality, your soul’s purpose, and whether there is maybe a memo somewhere you have missed.
Or maybe you've reached a point where you know something needs to change, you just don't know what.
If that's you, my recommendation is still usually the same.
Let's begin with a 60-minute Reiki session.
Not because Reiki is the answer to everything (although I hope you are beginning to see the depth of information we are accessing and working with in these sessions!).
In this context, I recommend beginning with Reiki because I want the opportunity to connect with your energy. Because in my work, the energy tells us what you need better and more easily than words can usually articulate. When I first work with your energy, I feel the blocks: their emotional signatures, how they respond to the particular energies I am guided to send you, even the stories told by the crystals and aura sprays I am guided to use with you.
When many elements are at play, your Reiki session allows your guides to tell us which layers are most beneficial for you to begin with, while also pulling up other elements of the broader pattern if it is where you are ready to begin.
After the session, I get the chance to explain what I'm noticing, recommend any integration support that may be helpful and, if appropriate, suggest where your journey might naturally lead next.
The reason I love this approach is that it aligns with all my favourite principles of Reiki energy: Reiki energy is sovereign, intelligent, and will always goes where it is most needed.
The Reiki already knows the way…we just need to follow it.
