Hi, I'm Sarah.

Reiki Master · Energy Intuitive

I work with people at very different points in their journey, from people who are carrying a lot and need somewhere to put it down, to people who have already done years of inner or spiritual work and want to understand why something still isn't shifting.

You don't need to be experienced with Reiki or energy work to work with me. And if you are, I'll meet you where you're actually at.
“I felt so relaxed, peaceful and refreshed afterwards.”
— Ash
“Was spot on and really helpful.”
— Soph
If you think that could be you,
you might be here because...
Everything feels
like a lot right now.
You're tired, overwhelmed, stretched thin or finding it hard to properly switch off. Maybe something specific has happened, or maybe you've simply been carrying too much for too long.

You don't necessarily need answers right now. You might just need somewhere to put it down.
You understand the pattern.
It just isn't shifting.
You've reflected on it. Talked about it. Maybe you've been in therapy, journalled, changed your habits or done a lot of inner work already.

You understand why you do what you do...but knowing where it comes from hasn't necessarily changed how it feels, or stopped it happening again.
You're looking
for something deeper.
You may already have a strong relationship with your intuition, energy or spiritual practice, or simply know there's more to what you're experiencing than you've been able to make sense of so far.

You're not looking for someone to tell you what to believe. You're looking for someone to hold space with you while you work through what the mirror is asking you to understand.
Wherever you're starting, we can work out what kind of support makes sense from there.

The Reiki you know.
An experience you don't.
Reiki is powerful in its own right. My role isn't to override where it wants to go, but to listen closely and support it, using dowsing and intuitive feedback to help me respond to what your energy is already asking for.

Around that, I've created a deeply immersive experience designed to help your whole system settle. Hauntingly peaceful music, weighted blankets and cosy bedding, carefully selected crystals and a calm, private environment all work alongside the Reiki to create the kind of deep rest many of my clients tell me they rarely experience anywhere else.

That foundation doesn't disappear when we go deeper. It's what allows us to.

Your session can remain a beautiful space to rest, reset and receive Reiki. Or, where it's useful and you're ready for it, we can follow what emerges into deeper emotional and energetic patterns, bringing intuitive insight and more specialised energetic work into the same deeply supportive experience.
However deep we go, that sense of rest and support remains part of the session.
Sometimes, Reiki is
the deeper work.
Sometimes a Reiki session is exactly what you need, space to rest, receive and reconnect with yourself, without having to unpack or understand everything at once.

That doesn't mean nothing deeper is happening.

Sometimes giving your system enough space to settle is what allows something to process, shift or become clearer on its own. You may leave with a pattern to notice, a boundary to practise, or something to approach differently, and find that was enough to create the change you needed.
At other times, Reiki creates the foundation for a deeper conversation.

If the same pattern is still there, something doesn't make sense, or what emerges leaves you wanting to understand where it came from, we have other ways to explore.

Why does this keep happening? Why do I understand the pattern but still feel caught in it? Where did this actually start? Is there more influencing what I'm experiencing than I can currently see?

That's where we can go deeper, with a clearer pattern to follow, a better question to ask, and some context for making sense of what we find.

Different questions need different ways of listening.
Most of the time, I prefer to start with what's happening in your life now.

The patterns that keep repeating. The reactions that feel bigger than the situation in front of you. The relationship you understand logically but can't seem to respond to differently. The feeling that keeps returning, even when you've done everything you know to work through it.

That's useful information.

Sometimes working with that pattern in the present is enough to create the shift. Sometimes it gives us a clearer thread to follow, from how something is showing up now towards where it may have begun.

That's why the different ways I work aren't simply different levels of the same thing. They're different ways of asking the question:
Reiki
Work with what's presenting now.

Responsive Reiki gives your system space to settle while allowing me to inquire into the energetic and emotional patterns that are active for you now.

Sometimes that's all the work that's needed. Sometimes what emerges gives us the thread for where to look next.
Energy Decode
Understand the pattern you're living now.

A deeper intuitive inquiry into the energetic patterns currently expressing through your life, what's active, how different pieces may connect, and what may be keeping a pattern in place.

Best when the question is less “Where did this begin?” and more “What is actually happening here?”
Akashic Work
Explore where the pattern may have begun.

Akashic inquiry looks at the pattern from a different vantage point, exploring deeper source, past-life, ancestral or karmic threads that may help make sense of what you're experiencing now.

This work is often most useful when we already have a clear pattern to follow and a meaningful question to take deeper.
Support what you're already working through.

Insight or in-session energy work is only one part of change. Flower essences, reflection and integration support can help you stay connected to what emerged as you begin working with it in everyday life.

Because the way I work comes from the way I see patterns.
I've always been someone who looks for connections: between what we're feeling, what keeps repeating, what the body is responding to, and the parts of an experience that don't always make sense on the surface.
Long before I worked professionally with energy, this was simply how my brain worked. Years spent in analytical and commercial roles taught me to question assumptions, work across different kinds of information and follow patterns until they made sense. That same way of thinking now shapes how I work with energy.

My strongest intuitive sense is clairsentience, which means much of the information I work with comes through feeling. I combine that intuitive feedback with dowsing, Reiki and frameworks drawn from different energetic traditions, psychology and nervous-system understanding.

I don't use those systems to fit you into a theory. I use them as different lenses for asking better questions.

During a session, I'm paying attention to how the pieces relate: what the Reiki is already drawing attention to, what I can feel intuitively, what dowsing helps me clarify, what you're experiencing, and whether a pattern makes more sense when we look at it from another angle.

Sometimes the answer is simple. Sometimes one thread opens into something much more complex.

Either way, I'm less interested in giving you an impressive explanation than I am in helping you find one that's actually useful.
