Vibe Alchemy × Yogicview

Vibe Alchemy × Yogicview is an ongoing creative collaboration between my energy work and the energetically informed Yin practice of yoga teacher and Reiki Master Francesca of Yogicview.

Rather than layering separate modalities into the same room, we developed each experience around a shared energetic theme. I mapped the emotional and energetic patterns of a selected Vibe Alchemy flower essence blend, which became the foundation for Francesca to design a bespoke Yin sequence around the corresponding energetic centres, themes and embodied experience.

Participants began with an introduction to the flower essence and the patterns we would be working with, including guidance around what they might notice as the experience unfolded. Francesca then led the Yin journey while I offered group Reiki, before we exchanged roles: I moved into an immersive sound bath while Francesca continued the Reiki.

This created a progression through intention, movement, energy work, sound and stillness, with each modality contributing something different to the same underlying theme. Participants also received their own flower essence to continue exploring the experience after the event.

Our first experiences explored two unexpectedly complementary themes: beginning with deeper wounding around the feminine archetype, then moving into Soften & Receive, an exploration of receptivity and what can become possible once something different is allowed in.

The collaboration gave us a way to retain the distinctive character of our individual practices while creating an experience neither of us would have offered independently.
