Yin Yoga – gentle postures supported by Reiki, grounding Root, Sacral & Heart chakras
Sound Bath – crystal soul bowls to transmute collective & personal mother wounds
Reiki – flowing throughout, with 2x individual 3-minute attunements
Flower Essence Ritual – a group water blessing + your own 10ml custom blend to continue healing at home
