Meeting Yourself

"Meeting Yourself" is a self-paced, reflective course for people on (or new to) their spiritual journey who want to explore astrology as a tool for self-understanding, emotional awareness, and soul-level insight. Rather than teaching astrology as a predictive or technical system, this course approaches the natal chart as a symbolic map of your inner world. Through gentle reflection, journaling, and lived-experience exercises, you’ll explore patterns in how you feel, think, relate, create, and grow. The program unfolds across four stages, each offering a different way of engaging with astrology. Stage 1 introduces your natal chart through simple mapping exercises that help you notice elemental balance and key themes. This stage is suitable for everyone and can be completed on its own. Stage 2 explores astrology through cycles and lived experience, using reflective quizzes and tracking across daily, monthly, and yearly rhythms. Stage 3 brings your chart together into broader emotional, mental, relational, and growth-oriented themes, supporting pattern recognition and insight. Stage 4 offers deeper integration through guided reflection on your life timeline, connecting astrology with memory, meaning, and lived experience. This course does not aim to provide a definitive interpretation of your chart. Instead, it creates a supported container for self-reflection, allowing understanding to emerge at your own pace. You may complete only the first stage or move through all four gradually. Some later stages involve deeper inquiry and may bring emotions to the surface as integration occurs. Grounding and pacing are encouraged throughout. For those with active trauma, severe emotional instability, or conditions such as active psychosis, deeper stages are best undertaken alongside professional support.
