A session at a glance
A session will last 50 minutes, and will be conducted in the elegant treatment room at Rumi Apothecary in Parnell, Auckland. You will be deliciously cocooned on our massage table, where your only job is to allow yourself to melt into the journey you will be taken on.
As I primarily practice Usui Reiki, the session will include an intuitive mix of my hands being laid at various energetic points on your body as well as in your aura while I channel Reiki energy to you.
I will also work with a pendulum (swinging it at various points in your aura to channel reiki energy), as well as a carefully-curated selection of ancient high-vibrational healing tools, including:

All these elements access the energy bodies through the various senses, creating a symphony of energies designed to support and enhance the intended targets of the reiki energy.

Each of the high vibrational elements we will work with during your session would, on their own, provide a deeply relaxing and healing experience.
However, the intentional layering provides a powerful tool to encourage the gentle release of precisely the type of unprocessed trapped emotions that end up creating the distorted patterns of havoc in our lives we often refer to as spiritual blocks, unconscious beliefs and unintegrated shadows (to name a few).
Towards the back end of each session, I will query your field using the pendulum to gather details about the specific trapped emotions we have accessed through our session, then using the pendulum to perform a final release while giving you the opportunity to process at a more conscious level what your higher self and the reiki are guiding you to unburden yourself of.
I allow 10 minutes for this part, and we usually manage to get through roughly 2-4 emotions. I will indicate the rough timing of the events being indicated to clear, as well as details like the trigger issue (and related astrological energy, which often sheds light on the wider pattern and can be useful). In many cases, I find my client understands precisely what the nature of the block is (although sometimes they cannot, and I suspect this is when the blocks relate more to unconscious/ancestral and past life patterns; some of these releases have been equally if not more powerful so conscious memory of the event is not required for the release to be effective). I have seen profound shifts in both myself and my clients using this method.
