Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rebooking Policy - Cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled session will not be refunded. However, you may rebook your session for a later date. - No-shows will forfeit the session fee. Healing Crisis and Disclosure of Medical Conditions - You acknowledge the potential for a healing crisis following energy work, which may include temporary emotional or physical discomfort as your body processes energetic shifts. - You agree to disclose any medical conditions or health concerns that the practitioner should be aware of before the session. - Any insights or messages received during the session are based on the practitioner’s intuitive interpretation of your energy. These messages are intended as guidance—take only what resonates and leave the rest. They are not to be interpreted as medical diagnoses or professional advice. Technical Setup and Difficulties Policy -If unexpected technical difficulties occur, the practitioner will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly. If the session cannot proceed, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. -Delays caused by outdated accounts or software on the client’s side will result in lost time being deducted from the session duration.
