Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: -Clients may reschedule their appointment up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. -Cancellations made less than 24 hours are non-refundable but may be rebooked up until 1hr prior to the appointment time. -No-shows will be charged the full session fee. Confidentiality: -All sessions are confidential, and any information shared during the session will remain private. Technical Setup and Difficulties Policy: -Clients will be provided with detailed instructions for setting up their environment and technology prior to their session. -Delays caused by outdated accounts or software on the client’s side will result in lost time being deducted from the session duration. -If technical difficulties occur, the practitioner will make reasonable efforts to resolve them promptly. If the session cannot proceed, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost to the client. Online Readings Policy: -The practitioner specializes in readings for the purpose of self-empowerment and healing. -Certain types of questions may be declined if they are deemed disempowering or if they violate another individual’s free will. -Questions can often be reframed to align with the session’s purpose, such as, "What energy can be removed to increase the chances of an outcome occurring?" -Clients are encouraged to contact the practitioner ahead of time if they have a specific question in mind to clarify whether it can be addressed or reframed appropriately. -While the practitioner will make every effort to address questions during a session, they retain the right to decline questions based on these principles. Liability: -The practitioner is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the session. Energy healing is a complementary therapy and not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Client Responsibility: -Clients are responsible for ensuring their environment is quiet and free of distractions during their session. -Clients are encouraged to follow any preparation guidelines provided to maximize the benefits of their session. Practitioner Rights: -The practitioner reserves the right to terminate a session if inappropriate behavior occurs. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
